Through some weird miracle and the generosity of a friend, my sister and I are headed off on an adventure this weekend. To a timeshare. Sounds chichi, no?
I’m hoping to get a little camera happy this weekend as we gallivant, experience, relax, try out, and generally observe. It’s time to get reacquainted (with my camera, not my sister who I see all of the time). Thank goodness for three day weekends.

I like writing, photography, reading, music, design, typography, paper products, days in the seventies and sparkly snow, Spanish wine and cans of PBR. I spent a year in Córdoba, Spain, working as a language and culture assistant through the Spanish government, traveling, and writing about it here. After a few years back in my home state of Montana, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I like to go exploring, take pictures of my food, write letters, dream of far-off places, and think about concepts of home.
