There are few things, in the entire world, that I love more than paper. I’ve always felt that way.
And so when people scoff at the traditional 1 year wedding anniversary gift – paper – I only begin to think of the possibilities. So many lovely, thoughtful paper gifts out there.
When I saw these amazing, intricate, unbelievable paper cuts by Julene Harrison, I actually gasped. For a one year wedding anniversary, a wedding present, or just the perfect reminder of the world’s artfulness to hang on your wall, these really can’t be beat. These combine so many of my favorite things.

Very few things make me happier than papercuts. We have the most amazing one in our bedroom! Not only am I completely in awe of the talent to create these, but they are just look so amazing when framed and hanging in a room. They would be a perfect first anniversary gift! 🙂
