We are going to have a white Christmas, and now that my brother is home from driving all over the Pacific Northwest, I can be really excited about it. Last year was white lights in orange trees, which was lovely and new, but I really have been dreaming of a white Christmas for this year.
(some of you may have already seen this, as my uncle sent it out last year…but it makes me smile every time)

I like writing, photography, reading, music, design, typography, paper products, days in the seventies and sparkly snow, Spanish wine and cans of PBR. I spent a year in Córdoba, Spain, working as a language and culture assistant through the Spanish government, traveling, and writing about it here. After a few years back in my home state of Montana, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I like to go exploring, take pictures of my food, write letters, dream of far-off places, and think about concepts of home.
I love your pictures and how COOl are those people you bought at the art fair. I might need to drive over for that next year….
